Shared run terms

Last updated 6 November 2026 · Run 1

These terms explain how a place in a Seoul Finds Commerce shared run works, from reservation to delivery. They apply between Seoul Finds Commerce (a Korea-registered sole proprietorship, details in the site footer) and your clinic's business. They're written in plain English; if anything is unclear, ask us before paying.

1. What a shared run is

A Korean factory makes one batch of each product in the run. That batch is filled and labelled for several clinics, each under its own name. You choose your products and quantities (usually 100 or 200 units per product). The formula is shared within the run; your label, name and artwork are yours alone.

2. Run 1 dates (targets)

These are targets, not guarantees. We'll send dated updates, and tell you straight away if a date moves.

3. The £200 deposit

4. Area protection

Each run takes one clinic per area: we won't place another clinic within 10 miles (16 km) of your clinic's address in the same run. Areas are allocated in order of paid deposits.

5. Your final quote and the order

6. Samples

Clinics that offer polynucleotide or PDRN treatments receive one free set of samples of the run's formulas, posted from Korea at our cost. Any import charges on samples in the UK are yours.

7. What we are and aren't

Seoul Finds Commerce is a sourcing agent based in Korea. We aren't the manufacturer and we aren't your Responsible Person. The products are cosmetics: claims must be cosmetic ("hydrates", "soothes", "supports the skin barrier"), and your UK safety assessor and Responsible Person approve the final label and claims. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

8. Your rights

These terms don't limit any rights you have under the law of your country.
