Privacy notice
Last updated 6 November 2026
This notice explains what Seoul Finds Commerce collects through this website, why, and your choices. Seoul Finds Commerce is a Korea-registered sole proprietorship (개인사업자); the business details are in the footer of the home page.
What we collect
- The 5 questions form: your name, work email, clinic name or website, role, number of sites, your answers (treatments per month, current aftercare, products of interest, indicative price, next step, PDRN preference) and any notes.
- Calls: if you ask for a call, we arrange it by email and use a standard video-call service, which processes the call under its own privacy policy.
- How you found us: the ad or link parameters in the page address (for example utm_source), the referring site, and the page you landed on, saved with your inquiry.
- Analytics cookies, only if you accept: if enabled, Google Analytics or an ad platform's pixel, used to see which pages and ads are useful. If you decline, they don't load.
- Cookieless visit counts: if enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies or personal profiles.
Why we use it
To reply to your inquiry, send samples and a quote if you ask for them, and understand which pages and messages are useful. Our legal basis (UK/EU GDPR) is your consent for the form and cookies, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries. We don't sell your details, and we don't share your product ideas with anyone except the factories we approach on your behalf, and only after you agree.
Where it's stored
Form entries are stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc. (United States), and in our business email. Because these providers are outside Korea, your information is transferred overseas when you submit the form. Analytics providers (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Cloudflare) process data under their own policies.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept as long as Korean tax and commercial law requires.
Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by email.
- Change your cookie choice by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will appear again.
- If you're in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, to your local data protection authority. In Korea, you can contact the Personal Information Protection Commission.
- If you're in California, we don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising except through the ad cookies you accept.
